Real Assets provide a complementary foundation to Malindo Capital’s private equity activities. The strategy is intended to focus on tangible assets and asset-backed businesses capable of generating durable economic utility, income, capital appreciation or strategic value.

Areas of interest may include commercial and specialised real estate, logistics and industrial assets, infrastructure-linked opportunities, hospitality and destination assets, selected resource-related assets, and other tangible investment situations where ownership economics and downside considerations can be independently evaluated.

Real Asset Discipline

Malindo Capital’s approach emphasises title and ownership verification, independent valuation, cash-flow quality, legal and planning status, counterparty strength, financing structure, insurance, environmental and operational considerations, and realistic exit liquidity. Asset quality is assessed alongside structure; an attractive asset can still be an unattractive investment if the ownership, financing or legal framework is weak.
